Derrick Alphons Coleman, Chairman

Derrick Coleman is a veteran of the Massachusetts National Guard, and current Human Resources Manager in the Behavioral Health Industry. Born in Boston and raised in Lowell, Massachusetts, he enlisted in the Massachusetts Air National Guard immediately after graduating from Lowell High School. His military service includes deployments in Operation: Inherent Resolve, where he demonstrated exceptional leadership and communication as a Staff Sergeant.
Derrick holds an Associate of Arts degree from Middlesex Community College in History, Politics, & Global Studies and is currently in pursuit of a Bachelors in organizational leadership from the University of Massachusetts. His academic pursuits reflect his passion for understanding complex systems and driving meaningful change within organizations. |
In addition to his professional and academic commitments, Derrick is an active member of the Massachusetts State Chapter of the Yankee National Party, where he serves as Chairman. He is dedicated to advancing grassroots efforts across the Commonwealth and is focused on establishing a legacy of trust, reliability, and innovation for future chapter leadership. Derrick’s vision includes creating a streamlined operational framework that empowers future leaders to effectively combat authoritarianism, drive party growth, and promote democratic values in the Commonwealth.
Outside of his professional engagements, Derrick enjoys gardening, writing poetry, and his favorite video game, Crusader Kings 3. He resides in Massachusetts, with his wife, Sara Jane. Stephen J. Lamb (Steve) was born in Niagara Falls, NY and grew up in Rochester, NY. He earned an Associate of Arts Degree in Liberal Arts before moving to Boston to pursue a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Music at Berklee College of Music. After 2 years, he entered the computer industry as a software engineer and eventually earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering. Today he continues to work as an engineer while maintaining a healthy music performance schedule all over New England.
